[China paint information] what factors should be considered when buying a house? Transportation, housing prices, house types... But few people take green environmental protection into account. However, green real estate, which represents nature, ecology, health and conservation, is the development direction of real estate vigorously advocated by the state, and it is also one of the development priorities of real estate enterprises. Now, do most people really understand green real estate? The investigation was carried out with problems
half of the people "have never heard of it"
randomly interviewed 100 respondents. Among these 100 people, 50% had never heard of green real estate at all. These respondents had the same basic opinion: "the house price is so high, it's good to be able to afford it, but also consider whether it's green or not?" Only 35% of the respondents who have heard the name of green real estate but do not know the specific content, that is to say, 85% of the respondents do not understand what green real estate is about at all; Among the other 15% of the respondents, only 10% basically understand and only 5% fully understand the concept of green real estate
"what kind of community elements do you think can be called green real estate?" Because most people don't know about green real estate, the answers to this question are diverse. 15% of the respondents believed that green real estate should not damage the original environment around the community and maintain the original appearance of the environment; 14% of the respondents believed that energy-saving energy and resources should be fully used in the construction process, such as pollution-free coatings, renewable building materials, etc; 13% of the respondents believed that greening should be done well in the community to improve the greening rate; 12% of the respondents believed that the location of the community should be beneficial to health, such as avoiding the downwind of industry and away from pollution sources; 11% of the respondents believed that the building itself should be harmless to the residents, such as refusing to use inferior decoration materials; 11% of the respondents believed that property management should be improved to improve the renewal rate of worn-out goods in the community; 10% of the respondents believed that pollution should be minimized in the community, for example, garbage cleaning is more scientific and rapid; 9% of the respondents believed that the public facilities in the community should be more humanized and the community culture should be richer; 4% of the respondents believed that houses in the community should be more personalized to meet the needs of different groups; Another 2% of the respondents had other views
seven adults are willing to pay for green
if green real estate has so many benefits as everyone expected, how many people are willing to pay for it? Although house prices still dominate the purchase of houses, it is surprising that 70% of the respondents are still willing to pay for green real estate, which is very common
what specific factors make these respondents willing to pay for green real estate? 30% of the respondents said that green buildings are suitable for human settlement, have good ecological functions and are beneficial to health. Most of the respondents who made this choice were middle-aged and elderly people, and their demand for housing was mainly for improvement. 24% of the respondents said that green real estate can reduce the daily cost of housing and save water, electricity, gas and other expenses. Most of the respondents who made this choice were young people, mainly rigid demand and marriage housing. Another 18% of the respondents believed that green real estate was beneficial to protect the health of the final lignin production decomposition ball. 14% of the respondents learned that green real estate can be exempted from deed tax and stamp tax; 11% of the respondents believed that green real estate should be able to enjoy a specific discount interest rate when buying a house with a loan
of course, green real estate means an increase in construction costs, and house prices are bound to be higher than ordinary real estate. So, how much are consumers willing to pay for green real estate? Surprisingly, half of the respondents believed that green real estate should be cheaper than ordinary house prices. Of course, this may be because the high property price has affected the rational judgment of most people, but some consumers believe that "the price of green real estate must be lower by adopting more environmentally friendly materials, reducing taxes and fees, reducing loan interest rates, and receiving relevant support from national policies."
three adults worry that quality is difficult to control
most people believe that China should develop green buildings as soon as possible. Of course, some people believe that the time is not yet right. So what is the biggest difficulty in developing green real estate in China? In fact, more than 30% of the respondents believed that the difficulty in controlling green quality was the biggest problem. "Even if the standards are formulated, the real estate developers may not fully comply with them. If there is no strict regulatory system and executive power, the so-called green will probably become a disguised method for real estate developers to raise prices."
from the survey of respondents, it is found that in order to rapidly promote the development of green real estate in China, it requires not only the government's incentive and support policies, but also the improvement of the level of public demand. Of course, it also requires developers to recognize the huge profits contained in green real estate, as well as the development and maturity of green technology
from this survey, it can be seen that in the green era, green real estate has not only begun to be favored by developers, but also many buyers have begun to pursue green, incorporate green into the purchase factor, and are full of expectations for the development of green real estate in China, which is a new start for green real estate to improve national living conditions
