At the same time, the measures allow sellers to use in store bar codes for reprocessed or irregularly packaged goods in the sales place, but they should be prepared according to relevant national standards; If a qualified commodity barcode has been marked, the Seller shall directly use the commodity barcode and shall not prepare or use the barcode in the store separately. Otherwise, the administrative department for quality and technical supervision at or above the county level will order it to make corrections within a time limit. If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it may be fined not less than 1000 yuan but not more than 10000 yuan
