1 Scope

this standard specifies the model, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic injection molding machine

this standard is applicable to thermoplastic, single screw, single station, horizontal plastic injection molding machines (hereinafter referred to as injection molding machines)

3 model

the expression method is in accordance with the provisions of Table 2 in Chapter 5 plastic machinery product models of gb/t 12783 2000

note: for the products of technology introduction or foreign-funded enterprises, the original model is allowed to be used

4 basic parameters

4.1 specification parameters --- clamping force (KN)

it is recommended to select the specification parameter value according to the priority number R10 or R20 Series in gb/t 3211980


the theoretical injection volume, plasticizing capacity, injection rate, injection pressure and other four parameter values shall be in accordance with the provisions of the sales contract (agreement) or the product instructions

note: the theoretical injection volume calculated according to the design value shall not be greater than 105% of the parameter value.

4.3 the manufacturer shall provide the following parameter values to the user:

a) the effective spacing of the pull rod (horizontal and vertical)

b) the diameter of the mold positioning hole

c) the travel of the moving template

d) the maximum mold thickness (or the maximum template opening distance)

e) the minimum mold thickness

f) the motor power Heating power

5 requirements

5.1 the injection molding machine should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures

5.2 technical requirements for the whole machine

5.2.1 the injection molding machine must have three operation control modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic

5.2.2 safety must be fully ensured. The clamping parts shall be equipped with at least two of the three interlocking safety protection devices of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic. Large injection molding machines with clamping force of 1600kn and above shall also be equipped with safety pedals

5.2.3 the action of moving parts should be correct, stable and reliable. When the system oil pressure is 25% of its rated value, crawling and Jamming and obvious impact phenomenon (excluding mold adjustment)

5.2.4 the parallelism tolerance between the moving template and the mold mounting surface of the fixed template shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1

5.2.5 the hydraulic system should meet the following requirements:

a) the working oil temperature should not exceed 60 ℃

b) under the rated working pressure, there should be no oil leakage, and the number of oil leakage places should be as specified in Table 2

C) the insulation resistance shall comply with the provisions of 20.3 in gb/t5226.1 1996

D) the withstand voltage test shall comply with the provisions of 20.4 in gb/t5226.1 1996

5.2.7 the noise of the whole machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 3

6 test method

6.1 detection of clamping force

6.1.1 detection conditions

a) the temperature of the tested pull rod and test block is room temperature

b) under the rated working pressure of the hydraulic system

6.1.2 detection method

the method of measuring the maximum strain of the pull rod with a strain gauge.The (it is also allowed to use a mold closing force tester with equivalent accuracy for detection) install the test block at the center of the fixed formwork (see Figure 1).
