Introduction CorelDRAW is a powerful graphics and publishing software designed, produced and distributed by the famous Corel company. Its main part is draw. In addition, it also includes photo-paint, dream3d, ocr-trace, motion3d, depth and other components. It integrates applications such as painting and illustration, animation, graphics and chart display, file conversion, tracking, color bitmap, desktop publishing and layout design, object-oriented image database management and screen capture. CorelDRAW is the mainstream application in this set of products. Using the rich tools provided by CorelDRAW, you can complete the design of some anti-counterfeiting patterns. This paper introduces how to use CorelDRAW to complete the design and production of simple anti-counterfeiting patterns

2 design and production of anti-counterfeiting patterns

(1) design and production of Tuan Hua pattern

Tuan Hua, as the name suggests, reminds people of a variety of flower patterns, and the Tuan Hua with plate pattern is the epitome of flower patterns. It uses various shapes of flower patterns for processing and exaggeration. With the radian and density of lines and the contrast of colors, it has a bright and smooth outline, clear layers and consistent structure. The manufacturing steps are as follows:

1) create two ellipses and place them perpendicular to each other, as shown in Figure 1.1

2) weld the two ellipses as a whole with welding tools and rotate them by 45 °, as shown in Figure 1.2. This figure is used as a path when generating patterns

3) make two small ellipses and place them as shown in Figure 1.3. Note: the size and placement of these two small ellipses will affect the subsequent effect of flowers, and have a great relationship with the overall effect in the future

4) use the "interactive blending tool" in the toolbar to pull out the gradient effect, as shown in Figure 1.4

5) click the "path attribute" tool, select the figure in Figure 1.2, and pull the gradient along this path. At this time, the gradient figure will no longer be a straight line, but will change along the path. As shown in Figure 1.5

6) copy the three gradients in Figure 1.5, rotate them 90 °, 180 ° and

270 ° respectively, and set the center coordinates of the four figures to the same, which will show the effect as shown in Figure 1.6

if you want to change the color of the pattern, you only need to change the color of the two small elliptical borders in Figure 1.3. At this time, the resulting color is a gradient effect. You can set different colors as needed. However, if you change the color after deleting the figure as the path, you need to change the color of each small ellipse, and the color effect is not a gradient effect. This is because to delete the path graph, you need to "separate objects" to improve the production efficiency. Once the path and pattern are separated, all the patterns will be broken up. The cost of the bicycle means that there are almost many independent small ellipses, and there is no correlation between them

7) select all the graphics and click the "separate objects" button in "arrangement" to separate the graphics from the path. At this time, the path completes its function and deletes the path. After deleting the path, it is shown in Figure 1.7

8) if the figure changing the path is a square, use the above seven steps to make it again, as shown in Figure 1.8

9) select all the figures in Figure 1.8, and click the "combine" button in "arrangement" to combine them into a whole. Here, it should be noted that "group" is not used for combination. "Combine" and "group" seem to have no difference, but the difference will be obvious after filling the color. See Figure 1.9 and figure 1.10 for the differences between them

10) fill the figure in Figure 1.9 with color, delete its outer border, and then coincide with the center of figure 1.7. Select the placement order and set the placement as the last. This completes the production of the flower pattern. As shown in Figure 1.11
